CMS - Edit Title

The ability to add and edit titles is a signification part of Box Office Buz. After some time and rebuilding a new API, I have been able to officially port over the ability to add and edit titles.
The CMS is far from complete but adding and removing titles is a big milestone as it is one of the main functions of the entire CMS.

Editing titles seems pretty important for sure, nice work on getting it implemented again with the new API
