Hey.Cafe is a new type of social network, how did you come up with the concept of Beans as a method of currency?

The original concept was to be more of a game, where your beans get spent at the café and at the end of each day based on activity the beans are spread back out to the users. I found early on that it would be hard to make it easer for anyone and chose to make it more as a way to replace ads.
