Sundown for Mac is live with scheduled evening warmth

Sundown for Mac is out and running on macOS 14 or later, with a Classic build for macOS 12 and 13. It sits in the menu bar, and once you set a schedule it warms the screen at sunset on its own.
The warmth control is a Kelvin ladder from 6500K down to 500K in 100K steps, so you can pick a soft evening tint or go all the way to deep red. The screenshot above is the scheduling screen where those times are set.
For anyone coming from another tool, the site has a side by side of Sundown and Night Shift, and there is a write up of the research on screen flicker and eye strain that says plainly where the evidence is thin. Sundown is a paid app with a 7-day trial, made by Jack Richards.
