Jobsistant is a browser extension and web app that fills in job applications from a reusable profile of your saved answers and experience. Instead of retyping the same work history, links, salary notes and screening answers into every application, you build your profile once and Jobsistant uses it to complete the forms for you. The profile, which we call Super Context, holds your resume details, past roles, projects, preferences and the answers you have already written to common questions. When you open an application, Jobsistant reads the form, matches each field to what you have supplied, and drafts the answers. It only draws on what you gave it. If a field is unclear or the profile has nothing relevant, it flags the field for you instead of inventing something. It works with 16 applicant tracking systems, including Greenhouse, Lever, Workday and Ashby. These cover a large share of the career pages that startups and large employers use, so most applications you meet are supported without extra setup. Jobsistant never submits an application on its own. Every answer is shown to you, you edit anything that is off, and you press submit yourself. That keeps you in control of what a hiring team sees, and it avoids the mass auto-apply approach that tends to produce generic, low quality applications.
