ChambaNOW is a bilingual (English/Spanish) marketplace that connects hirers with local day laborers and skilled trade workers. It's built for contractors, landscapers, movers, property managers, and cleaning and restoration companies that need reliable help for a day, a week, or longer.

Hirers post jobs in about two minutes, search available workers by skill, ZIP code, distance and hourly rate, and message applicants in the app. Every chat message auto-translates between English and Spanish, so a crew lead and a worker can each read and write in their own language.

Workers set their own rates and hirers negotiate directly: no agency markup and no per-shift commission. Workers use ChambaNOW free. New hirers get their first month free with no card. Launched June 2026, serving thousands of workers across the US.
